PURPOSE:To enable the quick preparation of tough noodles in high efficiency without damaging the noodles, by extending noodles in the form of figure 8 over a pair of noodle-hanging rods by a linked rotational motion of a noodle- guide pipe. CONSTITUTION:A raw noodle (a) is introduced into and passed through a noodle- guide pipe 9 and the noodle (a) delivered from the rotary nozzle 8 at the tip end of the pipe 9 is cross-reeled over a pair of parallel noodle-hanging rods 2, 3. The cross-reeling can be carried out by turning the noodle-guide pipe 9 several turns around a noodle hanging rod 2 and retreating the noodle-hanging rods 2, 3 while rotating the noodle-guide pipe 9 around the noodle-hanging rod 2 and the noodle-hanging rod 3 along the 8-figured orbit to reel the noodle (a) in the form of figure 8 (b). When the number of turns of the cross-reeling reaches a prescribed number, the noodle-guide pipe 9 is again turned several turns around the noodle-hanging rod 2 to fix the noodle (a) and complete the 8-figure reeling process. Tough noodles can be quickly prepared in high efficiency without damaging the noodles. |
