<p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness to a substrate and responsiveness by using a specific acrylic acid deriv. to a hydrophobic vinyl monomer. CONSTITUTION:After a pair of comb-shaped electrodes 1, 1 are screen-printed on the substrate 2, the electrodes are baked and a moisture sensitive film 3 consisting of a resin dispersed with fine conductive powder is so formed as to coat the electrodes 1, 2, by which a moisture sensitive element 4 is formed. The resin is formed of the acrylic amide deriv. expressed by formula I and the acrylic acid deriv. expressed by formula II as constituting monomer components and such copolymer is obtd. by a known polymn. method such as radical polymn. using an ordinary radical generating agent. The fine conductive powder is added at a desired proportion to such copolymer and the pasty material obtd. by adding the mixture into an org. solvent to thoroughly disperse the powder is coated or clad on the substrate, by which the moisture sensitive film is formed.</p> |
