PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cosmetic having continuously changing colors, by spraying slurry of a solid oil cosmetic base material having plural colors into a visual simultaneously so that adjacent colors are partially overlapped and solidifying the slurry. CONSTITUTION:A solid oil cosmetic base material having plural colors is mixed or heated at 70-100 deg.C with a volatile solvent (e.g. trichlorofluoroethane, ethanol or acetone) having 30-100 deg.C boiling point and preferably capable of evaporating at ordinary temperature to prepare the slurry having plural colors. Then slurry having each color are simultaneously sprayed into a vessel 1 using spray machines 4, 4' and 4'' while adjoining colors so as to give the overlaps a and a' and solidified by evaporation of the solvent or cooling to provide the aimed cosmetic having continuously changing colors through neutral tints of overlaps a and a'.
