PURPOSE:To switch a picture arrangement pattern sequentially according to a predetermined order by reading a time signal recorded onto a master source. CONSTITUTION:VTRs 1, 2 and 3 are connected to the input side of a matrix switcher capable of being programmed and controlled. The said matrix switcher 4 is provided with a control section 5 receiving a time code 3 of a master video tape supplied from the VTR 1 so as to discriminate kinds of the video arrangement pattern and the period of revision, a pattern storage section 6 storing a video information pattern corresponding to the address of a TV unit and a switching circuit section 7. The control section 5 generates a signal indicating the period of revision and the kind of the video arrangement pattern by counting normally the time code recorded on the master video tape. The three sets of the VTRs are started for reproduction simultaneously and monitor TVs 1-9 update the video arrangement pattern according to the program.
