PURPOSE:To easily adjust a filter with high precision by by-passing a filter or a signal processing circuit to allow the characteristic of another filter to appear in the characteristic of a circuit, where the filter and the signal processing circuit are connected in series, as it is. CONSTITUTION:A by-pass is provided in parallel with a signal processing circuit 2P and is switched by a changeover switch 2S; and at the time of filter adjustment, the switch 2S is changed over and controlled to by-pass the signal processing circuit 2P so that the characteristic of a filter 2F distinctly appear. Thereafter, filter adjusting data is supplied to the filter by a control means to perform filter adjustment, and the changeover switch 2S is switched and controlled, and the changeover switch 2S is switched to the side of the by-pass by the control means in case of filter adjustment.
