PURPOSE:To omit a driving means for a lens shutter on the camera body side by charging the lens shutter by the one-way turning of a motor capable of rotating in both forward and backward directions to open a shutter blade, closing the shutter blade of the lens shutter by the in the other direction, and then releasing the shutter blade. CONSTITUTION:The lens shutter 1 is charged by the one-way turning of the motor 5 capable of turning in both forward and backward directions to open the shutter blade and then the motor 5 is turned in the other direction to close the shutter blade and then the shutter blade is released. Thereby, it is unnecessary to attach a lens shutter driver with complex structure to the camera body side having a focal plane shutter and only electric connection based upon a flexible substrate or like is adopted. Consequently, a lens shutter built in a long focal lens having a large extending distance on the lens side or a lens with swing and tilt such as shift and swing can be also easily driven.
