PURPOSE:To prevent recording with high density and the film of a landing zone from being damaged, by supplying etching solution in the recessed part of a print board to the surface of a non-magnetic supporting body by a beetle made of an elastic body, and forming the recessed part on the landing zone. CONSTITUTION:The recessed part is provided on the print board 12, and its arrangement is responded to the desired arrangement of the recess part of the landing zone 10d of the non-magnetic supporting body 10. Next, the etching solution is injected to the recessed part of the board 12, and the solution is supplied on the surface by attaching the solution on the surface of the projecting part of the beetle 13 made of the elastic body, and pressing it to the zone 10d of the supporting body 10. After the lapse of a prescribed time, the recessed part having depth larger than that of surface roughness due to etching is formed on the zone 10d. And a magnetic head is prevented from being attracted in the zone 10d by confronting at least one recessed part against the floating plane of the magnetic head. In such way, it is possible to perform the recording with high density, and to prevent the film of the landing zone from being damaged.
