PURPOSE:To enable a user to correctly grasp the print progress state by displaying an interim process screen on a monitor device in response to the progress state when a color screen is printed out after copying the color components with superposition of them. CONSTITUTION:When the count value of a vertical synchronizing counter 2 is kept between '1' and '910', the switches 7 and 8 are closed by a switch control circuit 1 to cut off the screens of both G (green) and R (red) components. At the same time, a switch 6 is conditionally opened to display the screen of a B (blue) component in a wipe-shape. Then the switches 6 and 8 are opened and closed with the switch 7 opened conditionally while the count value of the counter 2 is kept under (2X910). Thus the G component is displayed on the screen in a wipe-shape. Hereafter both switches 6 and 7 are opened with the switch 8 conditionally opened while the count value of the counter 2 is kept under (3X910). Thus the R component is displayed on the screen in a wipe-shape. |
