PURPOSE:To obtain a film wherein tensile strength and elongation are well- balanced, by compounding a whisker or glass fiber with polyurethane resin paint curable in an amine vapor phase state. CONSTITUTION:The whisker or glass fiber compounded with urethane resin paint has a length of 2-30mu and a diameter 1/3 or less of the length and is compounded in an amount of 5-70pts.wt. of 100pts. of the resin component in the paint. The film obtained by curing the paint under an amine atmosphere held to a vapor phase state becomes one well-balanced between tensile strength and elongation by the reinforcing effect of the whisker or glass fiber and develops large effect in the foaming suppression or a porous material or the suppression of the thermal variation of an R-RIM material.
