PURPOSE:To switch conversion conditions in a short period by performing address conversion by using plural address conversion tables selectively, and registering different conversion conditions in respective address conversion tables previously. CONSTITUTION:An address signal A outputted by a pattern generation part 1 and a table select signal S are used as address information signals to access a random access memory 3. Therefore, information is read out of an address determined by the address signal A of one address conversion table 4 signified with the table select signal S and outputted from the random access memory 3 as an address signal B after address conversion. When address conversion conditions need to be switched, a central processing part 2 resets a table select signal S for signifying a necessary address conversion table 4 in a register 5. Consequently, the table select signal S is set in a short period and the interruption time of inspection for switching the address conversion conditions is extremely short. |
