PURPOSE:To improve end separation resistance, in the captioned tire for bus and so forth, by arranging a reinforcing layer in which two-layered twisted steel cords of high and low forming rates alternately. CONSTITUTION:When the maximum diameter in the state of a twisted cord is A and the maximum amplitude in case where filaments are disentangled is B, two-layered twisted steel cords with the forming rate indicated by B/A X100 % of approximately 100 to 120 % and two-layered twisted steel cords with the forming rate of approximately 40 to 80 % are arranged al ternately so as to form a reinforcing layer. By this constitution, in a calender process, when steel cords of the seat state covered by rubber is cut oil, the characteristic to become longer or shorter and twisting detects are appropriately adjusted, rubber crack at the end of the cords becomes independent, not connected, and separation can be prevented.
