PURPOSE:To smoothly connect a line with plural opposite parties by inhibiting the line connection for a prescribed time if a communication equipment is subject to line connection and its opposite party meets a prescribed condition and interrupting the line. CONSTITUTION:When a controller GWS 13 being a communication controller at the center side is subject to line connection from an SDU 51 of an opposite station, whether or not a prescribed time or over elapses from the end of preceding incoming call (transmission from SDU 51) from the opposite station is checked. If the time is not elapsed for a prescribed time or over, whether or not the opposite station makes the transmission of prescribed number of times or over within a prescribed time is checked. When the opposite party requesting the line connection meets the condition as to the time and the number of times as above, the GWS 13 inhibits the line connection from the opposed party for a prescribed time and interrupts the incoming line so as to make the incoming line idle for other transmission stations.
