PURPOSE:To prevent infiltration of air bubbles into adhesive layers by subjecting one or both of the sticking sides of two sheets of substrates to a plasma treatment, then sticking the substrates by means of an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A UV curing type adhesive agent 5 of a radical reaction type is coated on the polycarbonate substrates 6 each having an information recording part on the sticking surface side and 1.2mm thickness and after the substrates are stuck to each other by a vacuum sticking device, the adhesive agent is completely cured by a UV exposing machine. The intrusion of the air bubbles into the adhesive agent is thereby entirely prevented; in addition, the plasma-treated medium prevents the intrusion of the air bubbles therein even in sticking of the substrates which are storaged under vacuum for a long period time.
