PURPOSE:To make the surface luster of the welded part of each filament-outer surface of a net form to be suppressed by finishing the operating surface of an ultrasonic welding device into rough surface. CONSTITUTION:The net N for a wig core is placed on the operating plate 13 fitted onto the working bench 12 of an ultrasonic welding device 10, and desired ultrasonic welding operation is carried out. Then, while each intersecting point of filaments is welded mutually, simultaneously, the outer surface of the filament of the net form N is also once melted and formed into rugged shape, i.e. said outer surface is imparted with fine corrugation according to the shape of the plastoworked surface 13a of the operating plate 13. Accordingly, the ultrasonic welded part of the filament-outer surface of the net constituting the wig does not reflect light and is fully delustered. The operating plate 13 is made of the hand metal such as titanium alloy, etc., and the surface 13a has preferably the surface-roughness of Rz=15-120 mum. |
