PURPOSE:To obtain a light weight part, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the productivity, by placing both an electronic trim part to be inserted and a resin mass forming a lining in a mold for stamping molding, and bringing the molds into contact with each other under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Both parts of connecters to be exposed outside of a lining at the time of completion are liquid-tightly inserted into fitting holes 13 and 14 made in a bottom force 19 through a seal material 15. Moreover, connection parts between a wire harness 8 and connecters 9 and 10 are also sealed with a seal material ]1 in advance in such a manner that a resin does not penetrate therein. The wire harness 8 is supported on a rib 19a projectedly set on the bottom force 19. Then, masses 17 of a thermoplastic resin are placed on the bottom forces 19, and a top force 18 is contacted with the bottom force under pressure. A base material 2 thus molded and a material prepared by laminating and adhering in advance an intermediate material 3 made of a resin foam and a surface material 4 comprising a felt material, or a polyvinyl chloride film and so on are monolithically molded by using a top force 21 whose shape coincides with the surface shape of the base material 2 and a bottom force 20 whose shape coincides with the surface shape of the surface material 4. |
