PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for speaker with a superior elastic modulus ratio by attaching flame fine particles being the material of the diaphragm to the metallic mold of an objective shape by means of plasma flame so as to form a film and attaching diamond to the mold-released film. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm for speaker is formed in such a way that ceram ics, metal, or the material of the diaphragm being their mixture is flamed and deposited in the mold having a diaphragm shape as the flame fine particles so as to form the film, and then the mold is released and the diamond-film is attached onto the film. By attaching to carriers diamond having the value of E/delta which is the highest among materials, the value of E/delta of the diaphragm increases more than a ceramics simple substance. Thus, the diaphragm for speaker with high rigidity can be obtained.
