METALLIC MOLD DESIGNING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten the designing period of time of a metallic mold by executing the orderly and consistent designing jobs of the metallic mold. CONSTITUTION:A flow chart of a product is produced in a two-dimensional drawing in a preparatory designing process A. A solid model of a three- dimensional product is produced together with a parting line set in a product model production process B. A metallic mold piece model is produced together with the interference checked between said piece models in a metallic mold production process C. Then a model for production of a sectional drawing is produced and preserved for the pieces needed for the cross sectional drawing in a section production process D. The detailed from (attribute) of the metallic model is added in an attribute adding process E and a designed metallic mold is changed into a 3-sided drawing in a 3-sided drawing production process F. Then a process sheet where the processing information are collected is outputted in a process sheet production process G and a development of the metallic mold model is produced in a development production process H.
