PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in the static capacitance as far as possible even if improper contact takes place by forming a dummy electrode onto an excess face around a partial electrode on a face separately from the partial electrode, splitting the dummy electrode into two parts or over so as to make the split dummy electrodes noncoductive. CONSTITUTION:The dummy electrode 6 is formed to one face of a dielectric element plate 2 with the partial electrode 4 formed thereupon, the front and rear state is placed under nearly the same physical condition to improve the yield in the manufacture process. While the series resonance resistor 1 is contained in a case 20, even if a press contact part 23 of a terminal board 22 is deviated from the partial electrode 4 due to the dispersion in the containing state and is in contact with the dummy electrode 6, since the dummy electrode 6 is split into plural separated dummy electrodes 8 by a separate wire 7a, the effect is related only to the separated dummy electrode 8 in contact and the increase in the static capacitance is blocked possibly.
