PURPOSE:To readily mass-produce boiled rice served in mold of any of various shapes, by molding a synthetic resin film into a serving mold shape, forming boiled rice into a served boiled rice shape in the serving mold and storing the boiled rice. CONSTITUTION:A serving mold container molded into a serving mold part 10 having a given shape such as fish, animal, doll, etc., on one side is previously prepared from a synthetic resin and the serving mold part 10 is supported by a receiving mold having the same inner face shape as that of the serving mold part 10. Then boiled rice such as white boiled rice, boiled rice together with red beans, seasoned boiled rice, etc., is fed from an opening to the serving mold part 10 and the opening part of the serving mold container is sealed by a sealing material 14. |
