<p>PURPOSE:To discharge cylindrical works in arrangement in one direction by installing a pair of chuck levers for holding the work in wrong attitude on a work receiving board. CONSTITUTION:When a work receiving board 4 stops at an upper limit, the work 1 in defect state is held by the holding grooves 17 and 18 of the chuck levers 15 and 16. When the holding of the work is completed, a chuck cylinder 12 retraction-operates, and raises the chuck levers 15 and 16, and the work in defect state is taken out from the work receiving board 4, and only the work 1 in the normal state is left on a V-groove 6. When the chuck levers 15 and 16 reach the upper, limit, and the upper surface contacts a regulating plate 11, the chuck cylinder 12 once stops operation. Then, the discharge cylinder 28 of a discharge mechanism 27 extension-operates to advance a discharge lever 29, and the work 1 on the V-groove 6 of the work receiving board 4 is pushed out by the discharge lever 29, and the work is discharged into a chute 34.</p> |
