PURPOSE:To realize an inexpensive disaster preventing system by providing a means storing a facsimile number and a picture data at the receiver side to be informed on emergency so as to send prescribed picture information automatically and quickly on emergency. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 1 detecting the emergency state and a storage circuit 5 storing the facsimile number and the picture data at the reception side to be informed on emergency are provided. When the sensor 1 detects the emergency state, the facsimile number and the picture data in the storage circuit 5 are read to send the picture data to the reception side of the facsimile number. Thus, prescribed picture information is sent quickly and automatically on emergency and the inexpensive disaster preventing system is realized.
