PURPOSE:To permit the supply in the continuation of work by forming a feeding passage and supply passage on a line and increasing the transport/feeding speed when supplied articles exist on the supply passage and suspending feed in a constant timing and forming supply article receiving space on the line. CONSTITUTION:Article are supplied one by one onto a line 1 from a feeding passage 2, corresponding to the interval between the pushers 11' and 11' by a feeding mechanism 3. When a supplied article (a') is supplied to a feeding hopper 4, a detector 5 operates. When each speed of a conveyor 11 and the feeding mechanism 3 is increased, the feeding mechanism 3 is temporarily stopped in each constant timing, and a space part S is formed in the line 1. When the space part S reaches under the feeding port 23 of the feeding hopper 4, the supplied articles a' are supplied one by one into the space part S. During the time when the detector 5 detects the supplied articles a', this operation is repeated. With such constitution, the supplied articles can be supplied at arbitrary time under continuing the operation.
