PURPOSE:To prevent degradation in the quality of a product by forming an expanding part which encloses the bottom end part of a lower nozzle to a nozzle body and disposing an inside nozzle freely attachably and detachably to the inside peripheral face of said body expanding part. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle 1 for casting is constituted of the lower nozzle 2, the nozzle body 3 and the inside nozzle 4. The nozzle body 3 is formed of an integral mold consisting of the expanding part 3a and a straight cylindrical part 3b, which parts are constituted of a heat resistant material such as alumina carbon or zirconia carbon. The inside nozzle 4 is so disposed that the inside peripheral face contacts the bottom end of the lower nozzle 2. Since only the nozzle 4 is exchanged at every casting charge, an oxygen cleaning operation can be averted. Roughening of the inside peripheral face of the nozzle 4 is, therefore, prevented and an increase in the suction of the outdoor air to the contact surfaces is suppressed. The degradation in the quality of the product is thereby prevented. |
