<p>PURPOSE:To lower the total height of a knockout apparatus and to heighten a die by providing a straight advancing guide boss protrusively upwards from the center part of a knockout driving plate and by inserting the advancing guide boss into a straight driving guide hole freely slidably to guide up and down. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder chamber 20 of a hydraulic knockout cylinder 19 is provided on an eccentric position displaced to a circumferential side from the center part of the guide hole 21 of the driving plate, a straight advancing guide hole 29 is formed communicatingly upwards from the center part of the upper surface of the driving guide hole 21. Then, a straight driving guide boss 30 is provided protrusively upwards from the center part of the knockout driving plate 23, the straight advancing boss 30 is inserted into the straight advancing guide hole 29 freely slidably to guide up and down. In this way, the diameter of the straight advancing guide boss is managed with smaller size, the width of the guide becomes short and the height of the guide becomes smaller. Moreover, even if abrasion particulates are generated, the particulates are only infiltrating in the guide hole 29 and not infiltrating into the cylinder chamber 20. Therefore, a packing 27 can not be scratched by the abrasion particulates.</p> |
