PURPOSE:To strongly and closely adhere an image part to a support and to prevent the contamination of a non-image part, by providing a hydrophilic layer containing a compound having an amino group and a phosphone group or a salt thereof to the anodic oxidation film of an aluminum plate. CONSTITUTION:Sand blasting is applied to an aluminum sheet by a rotary nylon brush and, after washing, the treated sheet is immersed in a 10% aqueous caustic soda solution to etch the surface of the aluminum sheet. After washing, the aluminum sheet is immersed in a 30% aqueous nitric acid solution to be neutralized and, after washing, electrolytic roughening treatment is applied to the sheet using a rectangular alternating wave form and the sheet is immersed in a 20% sulfuric acid solution to wash the surface of the sheet. After washing, the sheet is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment using DC in an aqueous sulfuric acid solution and washed and dried. Thereafter, a solution consisting of aminotri(methylene phosphonic acid) 5Na, water and methanol is applied to the surface of the formed substrate. The coating amount thereof after drying is set to 100 mg/m<2> or less. A known photosensitive layer is provided to the substrate thus formed. MN of the hydrophilic compound having an amino group and a phosphone group is pref. 1000 or less. |
