PURPOSE:To obtain the titled two-pack type composition outstanding in impact strength and peel bond strength, by combining a chief agent prepared by incorporating an organic compound in specific main component made up of a special modified urethane prepolymer, etc., and a second chief agent prepared by incorporating a reducing agent in said main component. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by combining (I) chief agent X prepared by blending (A) a (meth)acryloyloxy-contg. polycarbonatediol-modified urethane prepolymer prepared by reaction between (i) a OH group-contg. (meth)acrylate, (ii) an organic polyisocyanate and (iii) a polycarbonatediol and/or (B) a second (meth)acryloyloxy-contg. polycarbonatediol-modified urethane prepolymer prepared by reaction between the components (i)-(iii) and (iv) a polyol, (C) a (meth)acrylic ester compound other than the component (i), and (D) an organic peroxide and (II) chief agent Y prepared by blending the components A-C and (E) a reducing agent capable of forming a redox catalytic system with the component D.
