PURPOSE:To receive line switching system information and a packet data in mixture by providing a packet multiple transmission section, using mixed information used for a communication signal system together with a data packet from a terminal equipment and accommodating plural packet transmission lines to a main transission line. CONSTITUTION:A packet data received from a high speed main transmission line 6 by a packet multiplex transmission section 8 is shared in response to a sender address and the data from each physical channel are incorporated and sent to the line 6. Since it is possible to transmit/receive the line switching system control information and the packet data in mixture in this way, some of plural channels are used for common signal lines between relay transmitters 3.
