<p>NEW MATERIAL:An oxa(thia)diazole derivative expressed by formula I [R1 is (substituted)phenyl or (substituted)lower alkyl; X is O or S; A is formula II, -S(O)k-, etc.; B is formula III, -O-, -S(O)k-, etc.: D is formula IV, -O- or -S(O)k-, etc.; n, m, l are 0 or 1; r<1>, r<2>, r<4>, r<5>, r<7> and r<8> are H, halogen, lower alkyl, etc.; or r<1> and r<2>, r<4> and r<5> or r<7> and r<8> are together oxo, etc., provided that r<4> is capable of forming double bonds together with r<1> and r<7>; K, K' and K'' are 0, 1 or 2; R2 is -Z-, r<13>, lower alkyl, etc.; r<13> is H, lower alkoxycarbonyl, etc.; Z is O, S etc.].
