PURPOSE:To improve the service ability of a terminal equipment by allowing an incoming terminal equipment at incoming call to check an outgoing terminal number receiving from a communication network as information and to take procedures rejecting or receiving the incoming call when the number is coincident with a number inputted in advance. CONSTITUTION:The operator of a communication terminal equipment operates a switch of an operation panel 4 and registers the number rejecting the incoming call. When an incoming signal comes from a network, the incoming terminal equipment uses a line control section 1 to receive the signal and when a control section 2 decodes it as the incoming call, the section 2 sends an acknowledge signal via the line control sectional as the confirmation of receiving the incoming signal. Then a sender terminal number is sent from the network. When the control section 2 receives the data, whether or not the incoming rejection is registered on the specific terminal equipment is checked and in case of registration, the received sender terminal number is compared with the incoming rejection terminal number stored and saved in the control section 2 and when they are coincident, the incoming rejection signal is sent to the network. Since the incoming is rejected, the network sends a cut-off command and the incoming terminal equipment returns the acknowledge of cut-off. Further, the line is restored by the procedures of restoration command and restoration confirmation.
