PURPOSE:To attain the picture information communication of the conversion form by providing a pass word generator to a facsimile equipment at a terminal equipment side and providing a pass word detector to a facsimile equipment at a center side. CONSTITUTION:The pass word generator 24 generating a pass word added with a symbol designating whether picture information is to be read or written is provided to a facsimile equipment 28 at the terminal equipment side in the communication control system of the so-called message post system. Then the pass word detector 14 detecting the symbol designating whether the picture information is to be read or written is provided to the facsimile equipment at the center side. Since the facsimile equipment 18 at the center side discriminates which area in a memory 2 the facsimile equipment 28 at the terminal equipment side requests write or read by means of the pass word detector 14 in this way, the picture information sent to the area is written additionally in case of the write and the picture information stored in the area is set in case of the readout.
