PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency in designing a document by using a means for managing a document definition or information between the documents. CONSTITUTION:At the time of designing the documents filed in plural, the definition of one document is executed by a designing means (document designing device 3). Then, the number of the documents is designated by number designating means 2, the documents filed in plural are generated by a document generating means (document generating device 4), at that time, an information between documents managing means (information between documents managing device 5) defines a definition relating to a new document generated according to the definition of an initially designed document to the information of the generated document. It is not required to execute similar definitions to the relating document many times and the definition deficient in the definition of the document after the second document after this processing can be added in the designing means 3. Thereby, the documents filed in plural to be issued in an office actually can be efficiently designed on an electronic computer by the minimum entry of a user. |
