PURPOSE:To prevent illegal use by splitting the information into plural data sections and recording obliquely while being split into plural recording tracks so as to prevent the reproduction of significant information even if the card is split in the lengthwise direction, adhered onto the card for forgery purpose. CONSTITUTION:Two recording magnetic heads 21-1, 21-2 are provided and a data section is recorded alternately on two recording tracks. The data to be recorded is supplied from an input terminal 22 to a modulator 23 and the data is converted into a digital code by using a clock from a terminal 24. The digital-coded signal is supplied in parallel with the 1st and 2nd drive circuits 25-1, 25-2. A recording control signal is supplied from the terminal 26 to the drive circuits 25-1, 25-2 and a Q output signal and an inverse of Q output signal of a FF 28 driven by a switching signal from a terminal 27 are supplied. |
