摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce a conductive plastic electrode with little electrolyte blow pressure loss, little uneven connection, and little deformation, in a simple method, by melting and attaching a carbon film sheet and a carbon plastic plate in a heat press, and then transferring them to a cold press to give a hardening and a size correction processes. CONSTITUTION:When an electrode plate is manufactured by incorporating a carbon film sheet 2 and a carbon plastic plate 3, first they are molten and attached in a heat press whose temperature is between +10 deg.C and +80 deg.C to the melting point of a carbon plastic matrix resin, and then they are transferred to a cold press whose temperature is between 10 deg.C and -70 deg.C the melting point of the said resin to give a hardening and a size correcting processes. In such a way, a penetration of the adhesive, a breaking of the carbon fiber, a warp of the carbon plastic plate, a crack of the carbon plastic plate, and the like are eliminated, and the carbon fiber sheet/carbon plastic plate incorporated carbon plastic electrode can be manufactured in a simple way.
