PURPOSE:To perform system save everyday with one volume, by storing the change information of the information stored in a first auxiliary storage means, and a part of the information of the information stored in the first auxiliary storage means, in a second auxiliary storage means. CONSTITUTION:In the first auxiliary storage means 1, a program to operate a computer system and a data to be processed, etc., are stored. To save those data, a backup means 3 stores a part of the information of the information stored in the first auxiliary storage means 1, and the change information of the information in the second auxiliary storage means 2. The data of the second auxiliary storage means 2 is saved, for example, at every volume of a magnetic tape everyday in order by the backup means 3. And finally, the information stored in the first auxiliary storage means are stored in plural magnetic tapes. By loading the information divided and stored in the magnetic tapes on the first auxiliary storage means 1, and rewriting a content to the a loaded content by using the change information, it is possible to reproduce the information before the generation of system down. |
