PURPOSE:To obtain the bonding of a low melting point glass very easily and to form a strong narrow gap by forming the low melting point glass film to a winding slot. CONSTITUTION:The low melting point glass film 11 is formed to a winding slot 10 of a core half 8, the butted face is polished and a gap member (SiO2 12 and low melting point glass 13) is formed only to the core butted face. On the other hand, the similar gap member to that of the core half 8 is formed by polishing the butted face to the core half 9. The core halves 8, 9 are butted and fixed, a low melting point glass rod 14 is placed to the winding slot 10 of the core half 8 and heated and molten. Thus, the glass flow shows excellent bonding performance and the bonding of low melting point glass is obtained very easily and a strong narrow gap is formed.
