PURPOSE:To obtain the titled lens having good oxygen permeability and less tendency for sticking a stain by forming the titled lens by the copolymer of specific comonomers. CONSTITUTION:The titled lens is composed of the copolymer of the comonomer contg. siloxanyl-acrylate or -methacrylate shown by formula I and a vinylester shown by formula II. In formula I, (k) is an integer of 0-3, (l) is 0 or 1, (m) is an integer of 1-3, (n) is an integer of 0-3, (p) is an integer of 1-5, R<1> is hydrogen atom or methyl group, R<2> and R<5> are each independently 1-6C an org. group, R<3> and R<4> are each independently 1-6C an org. group or trimethyl siloxy group. In formula II, R<6> is 1-12C alkyl, aryl or aralkyl. Thus, the titled lens having the high oxygen permeability and the excellent antidyeing property is obtd.
