摘要 To obviate the need for the heavy, complicated, obstructing and expensive previous arrangements for aligning radiation-sensitive surfaces with stellar radiation sources, e.g. for aligning parabolic mirrors with the sun, it is proposed to align a regular tetrahedron framework, e.g. by means of additional bars, on the ground in such a way that one tetrahedron bar points parallel to the Earth's surface in the east-west direction and the tetrahedron bar perpendicular thereto runs parallel to the Earth's axis, the surfaces to be aligned being fixed on said tetrahedron bar and rotatable around it. The alignment of the radiation-sensitive surfaces can thus take place in a manner which does not obstruct, is the same in all degrees of latitude and automatically diminishes peak load in the event of a hurricane load, by means of sheathed cables which run along the tetrahedron bars and have built-in spring elements which automatically limit the force and eliminate backlash.
