PURPOSE:To measure a super-small torque which is 0-100mgcm measuring range and <=1mgcm resolution by using a helical spring whose spring constant is very small, such as a hair spring of a timepiece. CONSTITUTION:A rotating part 17 of an object to be measured 16 contacts by pressing to a terminal 11, the terminal 11 rotates together with the part 17, and a helical spring 13 whose spring constant is very small, such as a hair spring of a timepiece is wound. When a force generated in the spring 13 becomes equal to a rotational torque of the part 17, this rotation stops, the rotational angle before that time is detected by a sensor 15, and a super-small torque which is 0-100mg cm measuring range and <=1mgcm resolution is measured through a CPU, etc. |
