PURPOSE:To eliminate a gap paper inserting process and lower the cost by joining the butt joint surfaces of the magnetic more with a bonding agent containing a mixture having freely determined constant grain size and fixing the core. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 9 providing a winding 8 is inserted to the center leg portion of an E type core 7. The butt joint surfaces of the E type core 7 are coated with a bonding agent 10. This bonding agent 10 contains a mixture 11 having constant grain size. This mixture 11 causes the butt joint surfaces of the E type core 7 and I type core 12 to have the air gap as large as grain size of the mixture 11. Therefore, the same magnetic characteristic can be acquired, unlike the prior art, without inserting the gap paper to the butt joint surface. Accordingly, the title transformer has a superiority to the transformer of prior art in the cost and corresponding capability.
