PURPOSE:To inspect efficiently the shake by pressing a measuring terminal attached to a U gage to the stem of a gear, and detecting the output from the U gage. CONSTITUTION:When a measuring terminal 2 connected to a U gage is lowered at a specified speed by a pulse motor 3, the terminal contacts first with the stem of a rotor in a neutral state and then the rotor contacts with a lower jewel. The output potential corresponding to the lower shake is obtd. from the gage 1 in this stage. The rotor is pulled upward by magnetism from the neutral position and the terminal 2 is lowered in this state, then the upper shake is determined from the difference between the position where an output is produced when the terminal contacts with the stem and the neutral position. The efficiency in inspecting shake is thus improved. |
