PURPOSE:To effectively attenuate a vocal component by adjusting the phase of a vocal component by a phase shifting part at the time of attenuating a vocal. CONSTITUTION:Vocal components are respectively extracted from an L-channel input and an R-channel input through respective band pass filters (BPFs) 2L, 2R. The output of the BPF 2L is inputted to a 2nd subtractor 1R together with the R-channel input through an AGC circuit 5 and a phase sifting circuit 4L and the output of the BPF 2R is inputted to a 1st subtractor 1L together with the L-channel input through a phase shifting circuit 4R. An L-channel output and an R-channel output are led out respectively from the 1st and 2nd subtractors 1L, 1R.
