PURPOSE:To securely and speedily deal with a fault by registering message data in which a manual is mentioned in a message file and retrieving and displaying the message file when the fault occurs. CONSTITUTION:A message record 60 with a message code 50 as a key, and data area recording a detailed message data 51 in which the manual is mentioned and user data 52 are provided in the message file 10. If a program 4 is executed and the fault is detected, the program 4 calls a message conversational processing part 12, and inputs the message code 50, whereby the prescribed content of the message file 10 is displayed. Since a user data area is displayed at such a time, user data 52 is inputted to the area, whereby it is inputted to the prescribed area of the message file.
