PURPOSE:To facilitate setting of conditions such as film thickness and spectral characteristic and to eliminate ruggedness on a filter surface by using a superposed filter which produces two colors; cyan and yellow, and a green color by superposing of said colors. CONSTITUTION:A colored layer 7 of a 2nd color to be formed on a colored layer 2 of a 1st color is so formed as to overlap partly on the colored layer 1 of the 1st color, by which a colored part of a 3rd color is formed. A transparent packing layer 5 is constituted in the non-picture image part where the relief picture elements of the colored layer 2 of the 2nd color is not formed to flatten the top surface of the layers so that the colored layer 2 of the 2nd color is formed thereon. The stabilization of the spectral characteristics of the filter to a prescribed value is thereby facilitated and in addition, the ruggedness on the surface is decreased. The easy operation of post working or post stage is thus permitted. |
