PURPOSE:To prevent a separating electrification and to prevent an image disturbance by providing a belt laminated with an optical semiconductor on a conductive supporting body, an electrifying means for electrifying the belt, and a light source for destaticizing the electrification of the belt, and photoirradiating the belt at the time point when a copying form is separated from the belt. CONSTITUTION:When a copying form 6 is supplied from a copying form feeding device 5 and inserted between a photosensitive drum 2 and a belt 60, the copying form 6 is polarized by the action of electric force line which goes to the belt 60 from the photosensitive drum 2 formed by a ground surface of the photosensitive drum 2 and the electrification charge of the belt 60 is attracted electrostatically to the belt 60. In this case, by the action of this polarization charge, a toner is transferred to the copying form 6. Also, an electrostatic field at the time point when the copying form is separated from the belt is suppressed as small as possible, and also, in order to suppress an electric variation to the utmost, a light beam is radiated by a light source 80, by which the charge of the belt 60 is suppressed and the separation is executed moderately. In such a way, a separate electrification phenomenon generated at the time point of separation is prevented and the scattering of an electrification grain can be prevented.
