PURPOSE:To reduce the energy loss by changing the pressure of a pressure chamber in response to the pressure change of a low-pressure chamber and rotating an adjusting member to the position where the pressing force from an elastic means and the pressing force from the pressure chamber is balanced to change the compression start position. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting member 18 coupled with the circular groove 19 of a side block 5b is rotated to adjust the compression start position. A control valve 30 is changed by the pressure change of a low-pressure chamber 10 to change the pressure of a pressure chamber 27. The adjusting member 18 is rotated to the position where the pressure of the pressure chamber 27 and the pressing force of an elastic means 24 is balanced. Accordingly, the energy loss can be reduced as compared with the system returning the gas to the suction side.
