PURPOSE:To improve heat radiating performance by composing a light source device of an optical fiber holding cylinder part, a rib-shaped seat part, a coupling part which couples both parts, a supporter which has a space wall for heat radiation, and a reflecting lens barrel equipped with a light source setting part. CONSTITUTION:The optical fiber supporter 1 consists of the optical fiber holding cylinder part 11 for fixing an optical fiber at a specific position, the seat part 12, and the coupling part 13 which couples the both 11 and 12, and the space wall part 14 is formed. The coupling part 13 is in a thin rib shape, so the heat conductivity is low and the conduction of heat originating from the heat of the light source of a contacting seat part 12 to the optical fiber holding cylinder part 11 is suppressed. Consequently, the heat generated by the light source is radiated efficiently and the optical fiber hardly heats up.
