PURPOSE:To remarkably improve transmission of heat in a cooling pipe even in the case of a very low speed machine with a weak turning flow, by providing a protrusion and a recess in surfaces of the cooling pipe further arranging the protrusion and the recess in almost a vertical direction with a flow of oil and generating a turbulent flow of oil in the protrusion and recess part. CONSTITUTION:A cooling pipe 7 provides on its surface a protrusive part 11 and a recessed part 12 excepting a part in the vicinity connecting with a water distributor 9. If lubricating oil 12 in an oil tank generates a turning flow by rotating a thrust runner 6, a flow of oil generates a turbulence changing into a turbulent flow in the vicinity of the surface of the cooling pipe 7 because of the protrusive part 11 and the recessed part 12 provided in the surface of the cooling pipe, and the transmission of heat remarkably improves by actively moving heat between the lubricating oil 12 and the cooling pipe 7.
