PURPOSE:To reduce the consumed power by dividing a control cylinder into a control chamber introducing the suction pressure and a control chamber introducing the control pressure and changing the discharge pressure. CONSTITUTION:The control cylinder 30 of a housing 6 is divided into the first control chamber 32 and the second control chamber 33. The suction pressure of a compressor is introduced into the first control chamber 32, and the control pressure such as the negative pressure, atmospheric pressure, and positive pressure of an engine is introduced into the second control chamber 33. When the control pressure is switched, a partition 31 is moved in the axial direction to control a control valve 47, the suction pressure is changed, and the discharge pressure of the compressor is changed. Accordingly, the suction pressure characteristic can be changed, and the consumed power can be reduced.
