PURPOSE:To antisepticize hydrophilic colloid by incorporating 2 kinds of specified compds. in it. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophilic colloid is effectively antisepticized against any of bacteria, mold, and yeast by incorporating a combination of a 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one compd. represented by general formula [ I ] and an isothiazolin-3-one compd. represented by general formula [II] in which R1 is H, alkyl, or alkoxy; R2-R4 are each H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, cyano, or nitro; R5 is H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, -CONHR, heterocyclic, or the like; and R6, R7 are each H, halogen, alkyl, aryl, heterocyclic, cyano, alkylthio, arylthio, or the like. |
