NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [X1 and X2 are single bonds, O or S; n is 4-7; R1 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, carboxyl group, etc.; R2 is H or together with R1 forms alkylene, formula II or formula III (m1 and m2 are 0-2; m3 is 2-5). EXAMPLE:Dihydrochloride of 4,4'-[(1R,2R)-1,2-cyclohexanediyl]bis(phenylguanidine). USE:An anticoagulant having strong anti-coagulating action. PREPARATION:A dihydrochloride of compound expressed by formula IV is reacted with cyanamide in an organic solvent such as ethanol, etc., at 70-140 deg.C for 5-72hr to provide the compound expressed by formula I.
